How to book a court and safety guidelines during the Coronavirus outbreak (March 2021)

Members must book a court to play either single or doubles and should not simply "turn up and play".  If you are looking to book a court at the weekend, please check the calendar on the News & Events page to see whether there's a match (which will mean that no courts are available for booking).

Additionally, from 21 April 2021 club play sessions have resumed every Wednesday evening and Sunday morning.  A maximum of 12 players are allowed so please book a place and do not simply turn up to play.

The file below contains

  • A message from the Chairman

  • Safety guidelines about using the courts (which must be read before you play)

To book a court, text or WhatsApp Jenny on 07801 437755 between 3pm and 6pm or email her at jennysmerdon@gmail.com (please don't phone).

Please be aware

  • The courts will be opened every day by the committee

  • The net winders have been removed but the nets will be at the correct height

  • The clubhouse must remain closed although access to the toilets during coaching or club sessions and access for floodlighting is allowed

  • You are encouraged to bring your own hand sanitiser although some will be available for use outside the clubhouse, together with a first aid box

  • Social distancing must be observed before & after play

  • Please leave the club as soon as your game is over

All the up to date guidelines can be found on the LTA website and we would ask members to read it before starting to play again.
